Announcement PDF ASX Announcement ASX: CMG 20 June 2025 Appointment of Joint Company Secretary Critical Minerals Group Limited (ASX: CMG) (the Company) is pleased to announce that Trudy Walsh, who was appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer on 17 March 2025, has been appointed Joint Company Secretary, effective today, 20 June 2025. Adam Gallagher will continue as Joint Company Secretary. No additional remuneration is payable as a result of Trudy’s appointment as Joint Company Secretary, which is intended to save costs through the general administrative efficiencies of having an in-house named Company Secretary in addition to Adam Gallagher, who provides external governance services to support corporate events and other processes as required. Trudy has previously acted as the CFO and Company Secretary for an ASX-listed renewables company, and she holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance. For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Adam Gallagher will continue to be the person responsible for communications between the Company and ASX.
